At Quod we understand that your perspective is unique.
Founded and Directed by Architect Giova Fellows, Quod collaboratively translates the client’s needs and wants into built form. We believe great architecture is the result of a great design process, and whilst many of our clients find inspiration in the latest magazine or their Instagram feed, our collaborative process ensures that the design solution is not only to their taste, but built for purpose, and a reflection of their own personality. We don’t have a ‘studio style’ as such, and will never bring our own agenda to the table. Instead, we take the time to listen, and approach every project with the same respect as the next, no matter the scale, budget or complexity. It is our great pleasure to guide our clients through this often daunting process, helping them avoid common traps along the way. our story
Hi! I’m Giova, Principal Architect at Quod. I have delivered projects across a variety of scales. From luxury architecturally designed homes and multi residential buildings to renovations, extensions and townhouse developments. From boutique medical practices and workplaces to international franchises.
After completing my Masters of Architecture in late 2000, I started to practice as an architect in 2001 working for leading international and Australian architecture firms, where my career grew and my knowledge expanded.
In 2018 I decided to say goodbye to the larger firms, the staff management , the long hours away from my family and the distance between myself and the design process. I founded Quod with a vision to deliver a personalised architecture and Interior Design service where quality design and relationship building are the key to a successful project and a happy client. Design is my thing, and it has been since I was too young to remember. By creating Quod, my intent is always to focus on design by offering clients my experience, knowledge and passion for all things design and provide them with a solution that was always theirs, that reflects who they are and how they want to live, work or play.
My work has been recognised and awarded by the Australian Institute of Architects and numerous supplier-sponsored awards, but it is happy clients that drive the energy behind every design.
